Wandermere

About Wandermere

Wandermere is a north-side neighborhood built around Wandermere Golf Course and the shopping at Highway 2 and Division, a few miles from Mead and Hillyard. Housing is a combination of ranchers and two-story homes on standard lots, with newer pockets like the 55+ Wandermere Estates. The area has easy access to Division, Highway 2 and the Little Spokane River Natural Area.

Our take

Wandermere is essentially the Northernmost edge of Spokane and with neighborhoods like Wandermere Estates, draws a crowd looking for main-level living, a gated community, and everything you need nearby. The shopping area means all the conveniences are right there, but easy access to Division and the ever-expanding but never-finished North South Freeway makes getting out of Wandermere a piece of cake.
