Kolby started his career in real estate as a Residential Appraiser in 2012, averaging 250 appraisals a year and becoming an expert in valuing property. Kolby, his wife Jenna, and their daughter Louisa live in Sandpoint, Idaho, where they spend their time mountain biking, skiing, and volunteering with YoungLife.

Ali was born and raised in Spokane and began her career in real estate in 2016 as an assistant before becoming licensed a few years later. She enjoys helping agents support their clients, freeing them to focus on the aspects of home buying and selling that are their specialty. Ali, her husband Brian, and their son Liam call Kendall Yards home, the perfect launch point for biking and hiking, or locking up the house and heading to Sandpoint for more of the same, along with skiing, wing foiling, and time with friends and family.

Every closed sale sends a student to camp
From every closed transaction, we donate $1,000 to local YoungLife areas, funding camp scholarships for kids in our community. In 2025, our clients sent $36,000 in scholarships to students across Spokane and North Idaho.
