Kolby started his career in Real Estate as a Residential Appraiser in 2012. As a residential appraiser, he averaged 250 appraisals per year and has become an expert in valuing real estate. Kolby, his wife Jenna, and their daughter Louisa live in Sandpoint, Idaho where they spend time mountain biking, skiing, and doing youth ministry through YoungLife.

Branden has worked in professional sports & the music industry, but being a “professional house nerd” is by far his favorite job. He is passionate about helping clients see the potential in a home and in everything, always providing value. He lives on Spokane’s historic Corbin Park with his wife and two kids.
