Great value for good space near the Spokane Valley. It sits right on the side of both the Dishman Hills Natural Area and the Iller Creek Conservation Area. Great hiking, mountain biking, and walking right in your back yard. Dishman-Mica Rd drops you right onto the edge of Spokane, or take 32nd into the heart of the Valley. This is an often overlooked neighborhood with something for almost everyone.
