About Otis Orchards

Otis Orchards sits at the east end of the Spokane Valley near the state line, with homes on larger lots with 5-10 acres being quite common. The Spokane River and Centennial Trail are nearby. It is quieter and more rural than the rest of the Valley, with Liberty Lake, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene all a short drive away on I-90.

Our take

Spacious with room to breath with Idaho and I-90 both close. Lot sizes are massive, often 5 acres or more, and people like it that way. A bit quieter than the rest of the Valley, Otis Orchards keeps you close to the Valley and easy access to the North side via Bigelow Gulch Rd. A great option if you are looking for space but want to stay closer to town.
