Spokane, WA
A historic railway neighborhood in the middle of an arts revival.
Currently in the midst of a revitalization, merging historic architecture with modern shops and business, this neighborhood has long time roots with Spokane’s railway and transportation services. Located in the north eastern part of Spokane, you will find plenty of antique dealers, art galleries, restaurants and a rock climbing hot spot at Beacon Hill.
One of the fastest-changing neighborhoods in Spokane. Prices are still low, the housing stock is older. It remains to be seen how the North-South Freeway will change Hillyard, but we’ll enjoy the new restaurants while we wait.
School boundaries and ratings change often. See the schools near Hillyard on GreatSchools, and confirm boundaries with the district before relying on them.
